When a network drawing is in view in the right hand pane, you can use this command to copy an image of the network to the Windows clipboard. You can then start another application such as Microsoft Word and paste the image into a document. This provides a more flexible approach than simply printing a network drawing to paper, because the image in the WP document can be moved and resized.
