Lines to ATM bandwidth calculator

This calculator is similar to the Lines to IP bandwidth calculator, except that it assumes that the IP datagrams generated will be transported through an ATM network using AAL5 virtual circuit encapsulation.  This is not the same as Voice over ATM; it simply assumes that ATM is used as the data link (layer 2) medium.
