Toolbars are the panels containing the speedbuttons, and can be seen beneath the Main menu.  They can be dragged away from this position to float around the screen if required.  When VoIP Select is first started, only three of the toolbars are available.  When this command is selected, a sub-menu appears listing all of the possible toolbars.  Selecting a toolbar either brings that toolbar into view, or makes it invisible.
